Estimating Services – Do it Yourself or We’ll Complete the Estimate
Computerized Estimating using three GTCO digitizers. Bring your plans in and digitize an estimate or leave the plans and we will do the estimate. We charge an hourly cost for use of the digitizer, when you complete the estimate of $35.00 or an hourly cost when we complete the estimate of $70.00. When we do the estimate, the complexity of the drawing/specs and the type of estimate will determine the price. To find out more, click here.
News & Announcements
Due to the slow down in the economy, we, like everyone else, are modifying our services. We will be offering an estimating service for the subcontractor, contractor, engineer, or architect, who wants to do the estimate. We will have three digitizer boards available to use on an hourly basis, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Also, as indicated above, we will be offering our estimating services for those who do not have the time or desire to complete an estimate.
Having taught math, estimating, and exam prep for many years, I believe that some students have difficulty with doing some of their math. Therefore, we will be offering tutoring on a much larger scale to many students. This new service will be called, “The Math Tutor”. To find out more, click here.
We are pleased to announce that we now offer Exam Prep courses for Unlimited Electrical Contractors. Also note that starting in January 2009, the State of Florida has made several changes to the Exam for all Contractors (except Electrical and Alarm). Specifically, the Business & Finance exam will be taken by computer and we will prepare our students to meet this new format.
